  Returning
Items RC Aerodyne wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy
to accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following
conditions:
Returns
must be in unused, undamaged condition in original packaging. Any item
that has been painted, partially
constructed, cut, sanded etc.. will not be eligible for returns and
credit.

store credit can be issued without a restocking fee. If you request a refund, a 20% restocking fee
will apply and credit will be issued the same way the product was
purchased.
In
order for us to accept your return, we require you to do the following:
Contact RC Aerodyne / Trade Associates, Inc.
for an RMA number. This can be done by opening a support ticket, or you may call us at (253) 854-0090.
Orders received without an RMA number will slow the return process and
ultimately delay the processing of your return.
Shipping Back to Us When
packing the item for return, it is important to make sure all parts,
materials, manuals, CD, etc. are packed just as they were shipped
originally. RC Aerodyne will not be able to process your return if
parts are missing. All ARF and scale heli kits are specially packed from the
factory and double checked by us due to the fragile contents. It is
very important to package the product extremely well using the original
packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on its way back to RC Aerodyne. This will be the only way to receive credit for the items
returned.
Damaged
Merchandise If a packaged is delivered damaged, please
refuse delivery. If you have already accepted the package and discover
damage once the package is opened, contact us immediately. Our claims
department will process the incident and quickly take steps to solve any
issues.
We can assist you in filing an insurance claim should damage occur during transit and you provide the documentation necessary in processing a claim. An insurance claim can only be filed in specific instances where a shipping method including insurance is selected for the order. Orders sent using "Free Shipping" or other complimentary circumstances are not generally insured for shipping damage unless requested by the customer, including a small additional charge.
Defective
Merchandise Defective items are an unfortunate situation that
sometimes happen. If you discover a defective component, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In many cases we can fully address minor problems through our online support ticket system.
